Finding home for our nation's pets

Happy Tails

  • YOUR WEBSITE IS AWESOME!!!

THANKS TO YOU, WE WERE ABLE TO FIND THE OWNER OF A BEAUTIFUL, FRIENDLY DOG THAT WE HAD FOUND SITTING AT OUR FRONT DOOR.

ALL OF THIS HAPPENED IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS BECAUSE THE OWNER WAS SMART ENOUGH TO POST HIS LOST PET ON YOUR WEBSITE (WHICH I FOUND OUT ABOUT FROM THE MARICOPA COUNTY ANIMAL CARE AND CONTROL).

IF THIS HAD NOT HAPPENED, THERE IS THE POSSIBLITY THAT WONDERFUL DOG WOULD HAVE ENDED UP IN A KILL SHELTER AND NEVER MADE IT.

SO THANK YOU FOR MATCHING US UP AND LETTING “ANDY” HAVE […]

  • Happy Tails: Pet Reunited w/ Family Thanks to Caring Neighbor & Current License

Residents in Maricopa County, AZ can look up pet licenses on the Pets 911 website using a Maricopa County zip code. Quite often we get calls from individuals that find pets with a Maricopa County license, however for reasons unknown the telephone number is often invalid.

Thank you so much for you prompt response this morning. I really appreciate your help in locating the lost dog’s family. Turned out that […]

He escaped from our house on a Sunday night, which unfortunately was our anniversary.  We were up all night looking for him and up early the next morning, which was my birthday.

I was so miserable and I thought it was the worst birthday ever.  I got a little bit of hope Monday evening when I looked up your website on ask.com and saw a picture of him.  I tried several other sites and didn’t get anywhere until I looked at yours.

    I didn’t want to […]

  • Happy Tails: A Family for Miss Daisy

My happy tail begins on December 4, 2006 when I got to foster the cutest little Shih Tzu named Miss Daisy who is a puppy mill survivor. You see for 7 long years she lived only to have puppies for the millers to make money.

Nothing was ever done for her. She had to have all of her front teeth pulled since they did not see to it that she had good food to eat and the nourishment to help keep her bones and teeth strong.

She lived in a wire cage 2×2x2 in all types of weather outside. When […]
